AYEConference, PSLWorkshop 등을 주최했으며, JamesBach, EstherDerby 등의 스승이다. VirginiaSatir의 가족치료 모델에 큰 영향을 받았다.
MBTI는 INFP 유형으로 알려져 있다.
저서로는 아래와 같은 것들이 있다.
QSM: Quality Software Management. 와인버그의 역작. 1권은 SystemsThinking, 2권은 Observation (SatirInteractionModel), 3권은 Congruence (SatirModel), 4권은 ChangeArtistry에 대한 내용을 담고 있다. (종이책 기준이고, 그 후에 전자책으로도 나왔는데, 전자책은 총 9권으로 구성되어 있다. 조판이 좀 조잡해서, 종이책을 참고해야 할 때가 있다.)
