ChristopherAlexander에 의해 제안된 PatternLanauge에 대해 연구하는 컨퍼런스. AgileDevelopment의 탄생에도 지대한 영향을 미쳤다. HillsideGroup이 후원한다.

1994년에 시작되었고, 2013년 현재까지 진행되고 있다.

JimCoplien이 OrgPatterns라는 논문을 발표하면서 조직에 PatternLanguage를 적용하는 시도가 이어졌다. WardCunningham은 1995년에 [[PLoP]]에서 [[EPISODES]] 논문을 발표하며 개발팀의 조직이나 프로세스를 기술했다.

AlistairCockburn, Erich Gamma, Frank Buschmann, John Vlissides, David Delano, WardCunningham, JimCoplien, KentBeck, LindaRising 등이 활동하고 있다.
