GROW: Goal

  • What would you like to have happen?
  • How would you like it to be?
  • In an ideal world, what sort of things would you like to see in place here?
  • How would it look three months from now?
  • Can you say what you want in one sentence?
  • How would you like it to be in an ideal world?
  • How do you feel when you say that goal out loud?
